Knollinger, leading the element along the road, ran into the field between the road and the canal, toward the explosion, yelling into the hand mike clipped to his vest. “I need a sitrep! I need a sitrep!” Soldiers answered, one by one, save for the two snipers with the patrol. “Viper 4,” Knollinger said. “Are you okay? Viper 4!” Sgt. Christopher Rush responded, dazed, his voice slow. “No, I’m not okay.” Beside him, his partner, Specialist Christopher Moon, lay in a crater five feet wide and two feet deep, his legs missing. The triggerman, hidden in the pomegranate orchard, had blown the bomb under Moon, the last man. Gerhart was 75 feet ahead on the canal trail. He ran back, past a few soldiers who had been knocked to the ground, uninjured. He knelt beside Moon, 20 years old, a high-school baseball star who had been courted by the Atlanta Braves, but had chosen the Army. I’d met Moon the day before, atop an earthen barrier beside Guard Tower 2 at the combat outpost, where he had squatted on two ammunition cans and barely moved, perched like a monk for a two-hour stretch. He rested his rifle on an iron beam and watched a compound a half mile south. He’d killed two fighters there earlier, as good at sniping as he’d been at baseball. Now his right leg ended above the knee in a thick mass of muscle, skin, and shredded pant leg. His left leg ended in a piece of jagged, shockingly white shin bone. Blood drained into the dirt. Gerhart slipped black nylon tourniquets around the stumps. The 101st medic stood nearby and stared at his first battlefield casualty, stunned. “Ah, it hurts so bad,” Moon said. Gerhart cranked the tourniquets tight. “You’re going to be okay, buddy,” he said. Much of Moon’s gear had been torn away by the explosion. Soldiers removed the rest. Shrapnel had ripped through his arms, breaking the bones in so many places that his forearms bent and sagged at terrible angles. The medic slid a needle into Moon’s arm and started an IV drip of fluids, to replace the lost blood and keep him from slipping into shock. “I’m gonna fucking die,” Moon said. Soldiers wrapped bandages around his arms. Bright blood seeped through. “No, man, you’re going to be okay,” Gerhart said. Moon winced. “I got no legs,” he said."  I have been sharing my story as an after action review. I am a Combat Search and Rescue Infantryman Squad Commander. I was blown up in 2011 on a fraudulent patrol, the patrol was falsified. That is a subject for later but this is more dire.
I have found 20 years of Fraud at Ft. Bragg. The DPW Foreman directly told myself that I would never be allowed to sell my corrosion inhibitors. I work as a sale person for CORTEC VPCI; their the Cadillac for corrosion control. Upon further questioning the Foreman further explained 50 year future contracts that will continue with Hubzone's, specifically Indian Reservations. The foreman acted hostile towards myself because I have never heard of the Oxidine tribe. He cancelled the interview after I requested to see the contracts. Secretary of the Army (23rd) was already conducting and inspection on Garrison command and while attending the town hall meeting I began asking questions regarding 20 year contracts while base housing and facilities are corroding away. The signs of corrosion validate massive incompetence which would be fraud. Mr. Secretary of the Army side barred questions implicating himself calling them agreements. Upon further investigations according to Army Regulation 420-1 a motive for fraud had been discovered. Chapter 2-34 give corrosion control managers annual incentives for conducting a good job. Over the years the command had fired Command Sergent's Major for not implementing corrosion policy. They fire the senior noncommissioned officer, and then keep their policy's in play. Gao office reported May 17, 2008 DOD corrosion costs from the defense budget are a staggering 40%. Since reporting high crimes and massive fraud between DOD civilians and Senior Commanders; morale is declining. As a Soldier who lost 2.5 limbs in close combat there is very little change being implemented, however corrosion issues remain, soldiers continue to lose their entitlements at the hands of Garrison and corrosion control personnel gain bonuses? I am a motivational speaker, Warrior games gold medalist, 2 time medalist Invictus Games, Author, and Corrosion Control Manager. I only see one future for myself with all the abuse, seek other employment. I've been trained to Master DOD doctrine; contracts are awarded to fraudulent personnel due to poorly vetted P-TAC's contracting officials and quality assurance experts. With threats from South African personnel, displaced force units and a lack of knowledge; danger is serious. Rewards incentive logs, recipients, controllers, and anyone not specified working on garrison facilities need be audited. After making reports new GAO articles are written on Corrosion 60 days post report. Corrosion personnel been removed, Senator Tillis subverted the investigation and a high percentage of Soldiers are extremely concerned. Installation Command is also implicated in directing funds from soldiers for their own purposes not clearly identified. Reports where made to CID, FBI, Senior Commanders and follow up appointments with Federal Investigators are conducting more thorough Investigations. United States Marshals contacted me specifically to offer me a position of to conduct this investigation. My only reason of filing these complaints are due to LDRSHIP values from Department of the Army and the relevance of Factual Biblical Patterns. After dying on the battlefield I know Jesus Christ is God. I hope and pray the GAO redeems their code of ethics, restore accountability and stand up for what is right. The Army facilities are corroding, meanwhile the 23rd Secretary of the Army conducts an investigation on the same matter without the retiree knowing of the investigation. Upon his discovery the salesman immediately goes and reports intelligence to Mr. Secretary and at the town hall meeting the Army Secretary subverted the intel calling them agreements, after implicating himself and Federal State Senator on corrosive subversion the salesman is forced to adjust businesses. As a former Infantry Combat Search and Rescue commander and assistant operations director from Joint Planning he decided to conduct his own investigation. Commander researches historical records from the Government Accountability Office pertaining to corrosion management. U.S. Marshal contact him offering a job, but he refuses. He discovers half of the defense budget is allocated to corrosion maintenance. The salesman recalled the Foreman who told him of the fraud; “Hub-zone,” Indian tribes. With 10 trillion dollars missing in Government Assets and funds directed to Indian tribes; a sinister picture comes to mind with a two hundred year vendetta as a premises. Former Personnel Recovery director goes straight to U.S. Naval Reserve Component Command of Seal Team 17 Special Warfare Group for a debriefing with CIA agents, then Seal teams activated to immediately infiltrate, seize and discover contracts for more hard evidence. Quality check operation is immediately executed with green light for direct-action; blue on green. Documentation of mishandled funds escalates 10 trillion dollars. Word breaks out, across top secret email system initiating active coupe starting at Joint Headquarter Meyer. Old Guard activates to aid Army General and is released from secret South African custody. Putting 100 percent to restore Honor to the Airborne, the Army, the Department of Defense, the United States of America and the people.
