Building A Case

Law, citations, court, and lawyers is full of uncertainty. When you go through two respectable attorneys in less than month you know going through some crazy shit.

I was charged with possession of pistol "C-Felony," a criminal charge and I'm far from being a criminal. I live out of my Sprinter/Conversion van while traveling all over country, I'm a double amputee and have to use my less dominate hand.

I been divorced for 5 years and I don't blame my injuries, it's because I believe in Jesus Christ. My Ex-wife gave me a choice due to differences that couldn't be resolved. It was over relatively quick.

For the past 5 years I conducted multiple speaking engagements, traveled abroad, competed in Paralympic style games and won multiple gold medals (check out the pictures). As I been speaking to various education programs I got caught up in deep water. People using education as an excuse have been stealing tax dollars for a long time. Their well equipped, funded and organized.

I filed civil suits and then after verbal threats and an altercation I fled the criminal area of operation. False reports, statements, and now a charge "possession of a weapon outside home/business" is the issue. I live out of my conversation van and I conduct business from the conversation vehicle.
